{Real Parties} Earth Day Inspired Birthday Party!

Share To:

This party was shared with us last year, but we wanted to save it to provide some inspiration for this year!  This gorgeous party comes from reader Kim Daniels. Kim’s son was born on Earth Day, and she knew that she wanted to honor that theme for his First Birthday Party. But she didn’t want to go with  peace sign and globes, so she went with a more natural look. She used lots of natural materials and made most of the decorations using recycled items. So many wonderful DIY ideas throughout! It turned out to be an amazing party. Enjoy!

Thank you, Kim, for sharing this wonderful party with us!!

Kim is a personal friend of mine and she does amazing work. Owen is a very lucky little guy! Her Etsy shop, On Purpose, has all of the above decorations and more available for those mom’s who don’t have time to whip them out themselves. Great job, Kim! It’s so much fun to revisit O’s party a year later.

Time sure flies, doesn’t it? I can’t believe my daughter just turned eight, and I started this blog before her second birthday!! Happy birthday to your son! xoxo
