DIY Chevron Paper Straw Frames from Amber of Damask Love.

Amber from Damask Love is back today to share a super adorable frame tutorial using our chevron paper straws. How great would this be as a gift for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day? Take it away, Amber!

It’s craft time! Quick and easy is the best kind of crafting – and this project fits the bill perfectly. When it comes to the adorable chevron paper straws in the TomKat shop, your first thought is probably to sip something…but what about crafting with them? I’m excited to share what I’ve come up with!

  1. Cut a slit across one side of the straw.
  2. Use the needle to create two holes in the straw and thread the twine through.
  3. Measure out enough twine to make a hanger for the frame and tie a knot at the ends to keep the twine in place.
  4. Slide the photo int0 place.
