I'm so excited to share our second setup at Engage!13 that we styled for Minted! It turned out absolutely gorgeous, if I do say so myself. Since we haven't focused on weddings too much at The TomKat Studio, it was so fun to go out of our comfort zone and style a seated tablescape. It actually was quite a bit easier than designing a full dessert table! We didn't have much time to plan our tables, but it all came together quickly! We loved brainstorming for floral centerpiece and tableware ideas. I can see more tables like this in TomKat's future! For this table design, we used Minted's new Botanical Wreath Wedding Decor Collection.
The Minted collection is so gorgeous, which made it so easy to work with. Once we knew our table would be rectangular, I immediately imagined a long flower bed running down the center of the table. My vision was of a long reclaimed barnwood box overflowing with beautiful flowers to match the collection. Molly jumped on the project and visited our favorite local flower source, where she found so many perfect options. Then, if you can believe it, she built the box herself after remembering that friend had just shipped in barnwood for a project. It matched my vision perfectly...
We used mini glass jars filled with chocolate ganache and madagascar vanilla macarons as an added element to each place setting. The Botanical Wreath flag stickers were perfect for embellishing the jars!
Be sure to check out the full Botanical Wreath Collection which includes everything from invitations to menu designs, table runners, photo backdrops and much more!
We had such an incredible experience at Engage!13. We loved working with Minted and I'm sure you'll be seeing more collaborations with this fabulous brand soon!
