One of my all-time favorite desserts is Italian Cannolis. The crispy shell, creamy filling, chocolate chips….and powdered sugar? What’s not to love? When I spotted these Mini Cannoli Cups by Cooking with Sugar on Pinterest, I wondered why I hadn’t searched for a cupcake version sooner! This recipe makes it much easier to enjoy the taste of cannolis without all of the work. I can’t wait to try out this recipe!
