Mini Cannoli Cream Cupcakes :: Cupcake Monday

One of my all-time favorite desserts is Italian Cannolis. The crispy shell, creamy filling, chocolate chips….and powdered sugar? What’s not to love? When I spotted these Mini Cannoli Cups by Cooking with Sugar on Pinterest, I wondered why I hadn’t searched for a cupcake version sooner! This recipe makes it much easier to enjoy the taste of cannolis without all of the work. I can’t wait to try out this recipe!

    Thanks so much for featuring my recipe. Please do give these a try and let me know what you think. Here are some good extra tips you can try.

    If you want the cream to be thick be sure to stain the cheese in some cheesecloth to get out some of the moisture before you mix in the sugar. I also just recently used my blender to the blend the cheese and sugar and it worked out great too.
