If you like cherries, and if you like coconut, you’re in for a treat today!

Try these decadent and fresh cherry coconut cupcakes to satisfy your sweet tooth.

They’re easy to make and are sure to be a crowd pleaser. Simply top with a real cherry or make a sparkly version with balls of fondant rolled is disco dust and topped with a floral wire stem.

    Even though I have cherries on hand, I think I’d have to go with the disco dusted fondant cherries…they absolutely make the cupcake!!
