We recently created this red, white and blue party using the Cricut Explore and so many of the projects would be perfect for the 4th of July! This “star” party could be used for celebrating your sports star, rock star or classroom super star! Just change up the colors of cardstock you cut to create your own take on a “star” party!

Start by creating a simple invitation on white cardstock. Embellish using twine and these stars which are formatted to the perfect sizes for a 5″ x 7″ invitation. Make it Now

Every party setup needs a hanging decorative element. These star garlands are so easy to make using the Explore! Cut dozens of stars in minutes! No need to punch the small holes for the twine, they will be cut with the machine too! Make it now

This has given me inspiration to do a “Tea under the Stars” theme using gold and plum colors for early evening. I visited the Cricut design center and I think the project I’d first try would be the Splendid Soiree rosettes … I would love to see the Cricut score, not just cut. I haven’t tackled anything like that in awhile except by hand and I think that would be a perfect addition to any Fourth of July banner!
