If you’re like me, the start of the new year is the perfect time to get back to the gym and eating healthier. I’m looking forward to heading back to Zumba this week (love it!) once the kids start school and trying to avoid fast food as much as possible. For Cupcake Monday today, I decided to search Pinterest for a healthy alternative for cupcakes and came across this recipe for Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins by Dashing Dish that our friend, Jamielyn from I Heart Naptime shared. Jamielyn tested the recipe and her family loved them! At only 95 calories each, they are at the top of my list to try!
