I am addicted to Instagram, just as much as Facebook now and with all of the changes on Facebook, it’s becoming my new favorite social media outlet! (still waiting for Pottery Barn Kids to get on board!)
Not only can you follow others, but the best part is you can create your own photo stream and share with your friends on Instagram. Just download the app, upload a photo from your phone, apply a cool filter and it instantly makes your photos 10x better! You can also instantly post the edited photo to Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites. It’s super easy and super fun!
My fave Instagram filters are Sierra, Earlybird, Valencia and Brannan. Do you have a favorite?

Do I have to use “instagram” to take the photo or can I import a photo from another location?
I always use photos I’ve already taken on my iphone camera! The nice thing is that it saves the edited photo automatically to your photos so you can email it or post later, too.
I like Instagram way better than FB. it’s so much fun! My favorites are Sierra and Mayfair! Kim- try updating the app in the App Store. I got a few new filters when I did that.

Kim, I also love Intagram very much but I don’t have a phone, really. The photos I have I made with my uncle’s phone but he sold it. I’m following you there !!!

Just started with Instagram and getting the hang of it! I think there’s a slight learning curve…ha, ha!
I have never used Instagram, but I love the filers on those photos! I think this is a social media site that I need to look more closely at
