For today’s Cupcake Monday, I went to my ultimate source of inspiration, Martha. I love carrot cake, so I can’t wait to try this recipe.

I also love the cake stand in the photo.  It reminds me a bit of the black cake stands I purchased last month at Macy’s that are part of Martha Stewart’s Collection! Can’t wait to use them.

    I thought about getting those too, but then I saw her 2011 Limited Ed collection stands, and snatched up the last two sets.
