{Real Parties} Charming Shabby Chic Birthday Party!

We fell in love with this lovely Shabby Chic birthday party that reader Kristen designed to celebrate her daughter Madelyn’s second birthday party!  The soft colors are perfect and the details are divine!

Nearly every detail of this stunning party was handmade by Kristen. She made the cupcake liners using scrapbook paper. The cupcake stands were created using round unfinished pieces of wood and unfinished candle sticks, which she spray painted white and hot glued. She also made the chalkboards! The cake was a 4 layer cake with white mountain frosting, which is topped with an adorable cake banner and adorned with a fabric flower on the bottom – both made by Kristen. Kristen sewed the beautiful pink ruffle garland on the table {love it!} Gorgeous! My favorite part are the mason jars with the chalkboard paint so the guests could write their names on their drinks!

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely party with us, Kristen! What a beautiful party you created for your sweet girl!
