Sweet Strawberry Party :: New Party Collection

I am so excited to share this Strawberry Party photo shoot with you today! A few months a go, I designed a new Printable Strawberry Party Collection for the daughter of one of our sweet friends at Pottery Barn Kids and was thrilled to showcase it in this collaboration. I teamed up with Lindsay from Banner Boutique and Jessica Downey Photography for this fun shoot. Creating treats and desserts using strawberries was super simple! There are so many ideas and recipes available using fresh strawberries. This party theme would be perfect for a summer birthday and is so easy to create!

Our sweet little models were adorable with their strawberry hair accessories from Banner Boutique and custom designed necklaces from All That Sass Designs. My mom made Kate’s ribbon-trimmed pink tutu…and I promise, we are working on getting them in stock for the shop! (along with the aqua tutus from Kate’s Mermaid party) They had so much fun devouring the sweets after the shoot!

We set up a dessert and drink table filled with strawberry treats! I used our pink and jade glass cake stands which match the party color scheme perfectly. I baked the cupcakes in our adorable baking cups and topped with printable cupcake toppers from the new collection. We hung paper flowers and made green/white striped garland using our favorite 2.25″ circle punch.  I found the green distressed magnet board a few months ago at our local antique market and knew it would be perfect for this theme.

Of course, we had to use our strawberry candy cups as part of the display, which were perfect for small scoops of strawberry ice cream along with our mini wooden spoons. Mason jars are as popular as ever, especially topped with daisy cut lids with striped paper straws. Molly filled them with homemade strawberry lemonade which was so yummy! Add a printable strawberry straw flag and baker’s twine for a finishing touch!

I asked Molly to make these adorable mini milkshakes inspired by these I spotted on Pinterest. She used our green pearl sprinkles around the rim and garnished with strawberry and a pink striped straw. Again….delish!

Mandy from Sugar on Top whipped up some perfect strawberry cookies for us. Her cookies are always beyond perfect and so yummy.

I have been wanting to use our quart-size strawberry baskets for “lunch baskets” at a party and obviously, this was the perfect theme. We filled them with a cream cheese and strawberry jam sandwiches wrapped in wax paper and twine, fruit and chocolate dipped strawberries.

The sweet and simple invitation from the printable collection!

To add a pop of strawberry red, we used our diagonal striped favor bags which are perfect for cookies or small trinkets. Molly made homemade jam in mini mason jars (are you catching on that she is my go-to girl for food prep? She’s amazing…she made these too). We wrapped with twine and used our printable “thank you” tag, which fit perfectly on top! They turned out so cute on my little cupcake stand from Pottery Barn Kids.

We had such a great time putting this shoot together! We hope it provides some fabulous inspiration for you to host your own Strawberry themed party!
