Wall Decals of Well Wishes for a Happy New Year. Pretty Invitations for New Years Eve. Personalized Pop-Up Cards to honor each guest with pretty Glittered Boxes filled with sweets on each plate. Placemats and Placecards to inform them where to set. Menus and Thank You Cards and Party Hats. Frames and Banners and Stickers to scrapbook all the photos taken over the holidays. The first thing I would do with the Silhouette is download those cute bird outlines and cut them out of vinyl. I would put those birds on the base boards, door frames, and window sills of my home. They would make me smile every time I walked by.

I would start with number and letter blocks as an education activity and family reunion color and design co-ordiniated shirts and then move on to family shadow portraits on clear lighted-up glass blocks… but I'm sure I could come up with more! 😉

I am dying to have this machine, I am a graphic designer and I love die cuts, but the fact that any professional printer will increase the cost of your final product for over 200% just because you have a little circle or line or shape that you want to cut out of your print design is ridiculous! If I won a silhouette machine first thing I would do would be to do some amazing Holiday Cards that I designed and have no one to produce them at a reasonable price! and then I can show them to you, I've already gotten my first proof from the store where I first discovered the silhouette machine.

I would use the Silhouette Craft Cutting Machine to make a project I've been dreaming of. It has been almost 1 year since I lost my son (12-4-09). I have been planning to make a unique centerpiece plaque of his short life to put up in his memory. This machine would be perfect to cut out and use his favorite words. I an also use it to showcase his short life in my own words as well, highlight his photos, and some of his collectable toys he adored. It would bring us some much needed joy and smiles as we think back on his little life each day. Then, I would make likewise items for my other friends who have lost their children too soon as well. . Yeah, officially a FB Silhouette Fan….and have been a TomKat fan too! I would LOVE to have the Silhouette. I'm not sure how many teachers there are on here, but let me tell you….this would be a luxury to win so that I can transform my classroom into an AMAZING, VIBRANT, and STIMULATING environment for my students to learn. I'm constantly searching online for new ideas on how to change my classroom. For some of the kids I teach, they don't even have Christmas decorations to decorate their homes with. Having the Silhouette would change all that!!! I hope, like many others, I win!!!! Good luck to everyone!!!

If I was to win the Silhouette… the possibilities would be endless! I would love to make my daughter everything under the sun… She loves tattoos and all the outfits I make her she loves so it would be much easier then having to cut everything out by hand! =0) Like I said endless possibilities!
