I actually made theese for my daughters parties this past summer, VERY easy and inexpensive!!! The definatly made a statement on our candy buffet and dessert tables.

  3. Kristi says:

These would be super cute with real plates instead of plastic ones. You can't actually put any food on these because of the spray paint but it you use real plates — great ones at Good Will for .49 — you could get the same effect and not poison anyone! 🙂

  4. Half Baked says:

Great find – such a cheerful way to display cupcakes!

  16. Maureen Furnish says:

These can be food safe if you buy clear plastic trays & only paint the bottoms! I can’t wait to make these!

  17. If you line cupcakes up, circling round on a covered board, you can create a ‘caterpillar’ effect for a child’s birthday party.
When you want to add fun and whimsy to your Easter celebrations,
make sure to be creative with your desserts. Give the buyer their half of the raffle ticket and put the other half
    in a bucket.

  18. Jen says:

What size of platters did you use? Were all 3 tiers the same size ?
