Niomee Baker is a full time Realtor® on the TomKat team where she fulfills her love for helping others find their dream home and connecting with people! She recently got her certification as a specialized divorce real estate agent so she can now better help couples and families going through the divorce process and selling their homes. After graduating from ASU, Niomee moved to Chandler where she focused on raising her 3 children. She is the co-owner of a large Chandler community group, Ocotillo Friends, where she has been able to focus on giving back to the community, supporting local businesses through relationship building.
As an Arizona native, and Realtor® for over 7 years, Kristi understands and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives to exceed their expectations. Her passion for helping others caring personality along with her attention to detail help to make her a successful agent. She strives to create a seamless experience for her clients, providing them support and direction at every stage of the process.
Kristi received her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and lives in Chandler with her husband and two children. She loves to travel and spend time with her family, taking advantage of everything Arizona and neighboring states have to offer!
Anna loves being creative and artsy, from picking out the perfect outfit with designer and vintage pieces to putting together her stylish apartment, she's always had an eye for aesthetics. Anna has a degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University and has work on projects ranging from home magazine shoots to TV set production to assisting with design on residential and commercial renovation projects. Anna has always found beauty in the world around her. In her free time, you can find her trying a new restaurant, working out, or hanging with friends. She loves traveling, iced coffee, reading, the beach and a good bottle of moscato.
Heather brings two decades of experience working with clients to bring their interior design and revenue-based projects to life. She beautifully executes interiors for homes and boutique commercial spaces focusing on aesthetics; color, fixtures, furniture, and finishes.
She is passionate about developing community relationships and is a skilled communicator with clients, teams, and trades. She also has vast knowledge in construction and real estate with a talent for producing an upscale look within budget.
Heather currently resides in Chandler, she is a Los Angeles native and graduated from Loyola Marymount University, before relocating to the Valley of the Sun.
Serena believes that where we live has a huge impact on our overall well-being. It’s her mission to help people find or create a beautiful home that fosters comfort, love and growth. She focuses on finding her clients homes that not only meet their practical needs, but also align with their values and lifestyle.
Serena loves people and has a heart for serving others. Her favorite things to do are to spend time with her family and travel! She is obsessed with all things wellness and considers herself a lifelong learner and open to all new ways of growing professionally and personally! Serena has lived in 8 different states, is a New Mexico Native and moved to Chandler 7 years ago with her family.
Alyssa is an Arizona native and thrives off sunlight and fresh air. With her degree in interior design from Northern Arizona University, Alyssa has been designing professionally for the past 7 years. Those years have been passionately filled with design in residential, remodeling, hospitality and luxury custom homes across the valley. Alyssa has always had a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail and craftmanship.
Alyssa has a 4-year-old golden retriever named Wren and together they like to explore the outdoors, hit up local dog parks and frequent their favorite coffee spots. In her free time, Alyssa loves thrifting for hidden treasures and traveling to the beach!
Misha's love for real estate began growing up walking model homes with her parents on the weekends. Having worked on both the lending side and sales side of real estate, her passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home has led her to build a career in an industry she thoroughly loves and enjoys. Her natural eye for design brought her to TomKat where she will have the ability to combine her real estate skills with staging, remodeling and decorating to help her clients create the home of their dreams.
Misha resides in Queen Creek with her husband and three kids. When she’s not sitting front row at her boy’s baseball games or daughter’s cheer competitions she likes to be by the beach or hosting her friends over a dinner party.
Lisa brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and a keen eye for design to help clients envision what could be. Lisa received her bachelor's degree from ASU and her master's from NAU. She couldn't love her job more and feels her role with the TomKat team is perfectly suited for her skill set. Her favorite part of this dream job is the grand reveal of a full remodel and the excitement that it creates for her clients. Lisa is so grateful to work with the TomKat team of strong + creative women.
Lisa is married with 2 children. Her family loves to travel whenever possible. They love to entertain and always make time for fun with friends.
Kim is the founder of The TomKat Studio and TomKat Real Estate. With 25+ years of experience in real estate, design, remodeling and flipping homes, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients and as the leader of the TomKat team. She dreams big and works diligently to bring those dreams to fruition. Her vision and attention to detail define the TomKat brand and style.
Kim moved to Chandler during elementary school, graduated from Dobson High then attended ASU where she met her husband, Danny. They live in Ocotillo with their children, Tommy (18) and Kate (16) and their tiny chihuahua, Barkley. Read more of her story here.
In her 3 years with TomKat, Annette has assisted our design team in all aspects from start to finish for remodeling and decorating clients. Annette sources a wide variety of items from construction materials to furnishings and decor, all based on the latest styles and trends. She creates design boards and visuals to help clients visualize their new space.
Annette lives in Chandler with her husband, twin boys and two dogs after relocating from Washington State almost 10 years ago. In her spare time she is a coordinator for The Big Three Dog Rescue.
Jaydin is an Arizona native with a knack for organization, a love for design, and a flair for social media! With a wealth of experience in marketing and social media, Jaydin adds a
tech-savvy and creative touch to her role at TomKat. Currently pursuing her design degree at Scottsdale Community College, her passion for design enriches our team.
When she's not keeping things running smoothly at the office, you'll find her painting, hunting for treasures at HomeGoods, exploring Pinterest for inspiration, and spending quality time with her husband.
